This clarification text has been prepared by the Data Controller (“BEYAZ İNŞAAT”) within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).
Your Name-Surname, Position, Place/Date of Birth, Marital Status, E-mail Address, GSM/Telephone, Open Address and additionally your other personal data that you have forwarded to us in the message content, processed within the scope of the job application form submitted to BEYAZ İNŞAAT via www.beyazinsaat.com web-site ("Web site") are processed for the following purposes:
- Execution of employee candidate / intern / student selection and placement processes
- Execution of the application processes of employee candidates
- Planning of human resources processes
Your personal data in question are obtained and processed through the partially automated Web-site based on the legal reasons "data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" and "processing of personal data is necessary for the establishment of a contract" specified in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Law.
If your resume is required, it shall be transferred to the following domestic buyer groups based on the above-mentioned purposes and your express consent:
- Natural and legal person shareholders
- Affiliates and subsidiaries
- Other affiliated companies
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law that regulates the rights of the person concerned, regarding the processing of your personal data;

- 2. If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
